ยง 10. Use of design of banknotes and coins in advertising

(1) The use of design of banknotes and coins issued by the Bank of
Estonia in advertising is permitted only with the prior consent of the Bank of Estonia.
(2) Banknotes and coins are deemed to be the same as within the
meaning of the Republic of Estonia Money Act.
