The following services are provided at the museum shop:

  • - the exchange of Estonian kroons and sents for euro cash;
  • - the replacement or expertise of mutilated or damaged EEK banknotes or euro banknotes/coins;
  • - the sale of commemorative and collector coins, as well as other numismatic-bonistic products;
  • - the sale of Eesti Pank's publications and souvenirs.

Euro circulation coins are sold at their nominal value. If the purchase or order of coins exceeds 1 kg, a service fee of € 3.20 is to be paid per kilo. Coin orders weighing 3 kg or more and with total value starting from 640 euros are issued on the basis of an invoice. When the invoice is paid, the details of handing over the coins will be agreed upon with the customer.

EEK banknotes and coins are exchanged for euros with the aim of removing them from circulation at the central rate of 1 euro = 15.6466 kroons.

The time of exchanging amounts consisting of more than 3,000 banknotes or worth more than 1,000 euros must be previously agreed upon with the sales coordinator.

Numismatic-bonistic products are also sold online.
If you click on the e-store link, you will be directed to the online store of AS Eesti Post, which is the official resale agent of Eesti Pank's products. See Prices (excluding postage) for the list and prices of the products that can be bought online. Payment can be made via the e-store's bank link (Swedbank, SEB), by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or by invoice. The purchased objects are posted when Eesti Post has received the respective amount into their account.
