The roll-over procedures planned by the Estonian banks have been successfully initiated and have been proceeding according to plans. No Y2K problems have been detected. As of now, i.e. as of 23.30, December 31, 1999 the banks have completed the end-year procedures.

No Y2K problems have been detected in processes critical from the point of view of business continuity and customer service.

The first day of the new year will be dedicated to additional testing of the systems of the central bank and the commercial banks. The results of the tests will be published at 17.00 on 1 January 2000.
