At 16-17 in the Eesti Pank Independence Hall: book release event for the historical novel about Otto Tief titled “The White Ship” with speeches by Governor Madis Müller, Minister of Foreign Affairs Margus Tsahkna, editor-in-chief of the publishing house Varrak Krista Kaer, and author of the novel Xavier Bouvet.
