At 9.30–12.35 in the Eesti Pank Independence Hall: public seminar on whether the government should influence the economy and how. Governor of Eesti Pank Madis Müller and senior economist Lukasz Rawdanowicz from the OECD will be speaking at the seminar. Aare Järvan (EIS), Mart Laatsit (Lund University), Maive Rute (European Commission), Urmas Varblane (University of Tartu), Kadri Kiisel (LHV), Katre Kõvask (YOOK), Otto Pukk (Incap) and Ivo Suursoo (OIXIO) will be taking part in the panel discussions, which are moderated by Deputy Governor Ülo Kaasik.
