<p>Eesti Pank publishes payment statistics every month, see also <a href="https://statistika.eestipank.ee/#/en/p/AVALDAMISKALENDER">the release calendar for statistics</a>.</p>

<p>Once per quarter a separate statistical release is published together with the payment statistics. A statistical release on the payment statistics for the second quarter of 2025 will be published on 24 July 2025 at 08.00.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>Background</h2>

<p>The statistical release describes the main changes in the payment statistics such as payments sent and received, card payments, and payees by main economic activity mediated by banks.</p>

<p><strong>The statistical release is independent of economic policy releases and is presented separately from them.</strong></p>
