[1] Eesti Pank supports its employees’ investments in the voluntary pension system by compensating 1/3 of their contributions but not more than 5% of their gross salary.
[2] In January 2011, Governor of Eesti Pank and the Deputy Governors Märten Ross and Rein Minka received a bonus of 60% of their monthly salary for Estonia’s successful changeover to the euro and for Eesti Pank’s entry into the Eurosystem. This was a one-off bonus awarded to all the employees of Eesti Pank. In addition, Märten Ross and Rein Minka received termination payments in the amount of their six months’ salary.
